About Us

Danielle Chevalier

I have been involved in the fitness industry for the past 9 years, having been an active gym rat and a huge passion for fitness from when I was just a young girl my path for kicking peoples butts into shape was an easy choice for my career.

After training numerous amounts of people of all different ages and fitness levels through these years has allowed me to build a strong confidence in my work and an enormous love for it!!! In the early new year of 2009 I set a goal to start my own fitness business. Where I could give a large group of people a killer workout that produces fast results for a low price. So that is what I did and on April 9th 2009 I started Adrenaline Extreme Fitness. I knew I had a great product and wanted the whole world to feel the effect from it, the light in me to get this business going was huge and I was so thankful for every person that came out to try it. Now Adrenaline has over 200 public members and is growing everyday. These members are amazing at that and have the heart and drive to commit to this all out total body Adrenaline workout that I put them through week in and week out. When you come out and you try this class and you work as hard as you can, the feeling you get is amazing. I push everyone in every class to their limits and I put everything I got into each workout so that when my members walk out of the gym afterwards they are leaving with pride and a confidence that has no words for. Its something else to see and that is what I live for. I love my job and could not imagine doing anything else then this. However I am very thankful that I went to chef school before I became a trainer, this skill has allowed me to have fun with my cooking and share it with my friends and family. I love food and I will be sharing with you some of my skills and secrets.

I am in my second season with The Windsor Spitfires, training Adrenaline with them throughout the season and during the summer has been an amazing experience for me. They are an astounding group of young men that push it in every session with me, makes it an incredible experience and I am so thankful to be a part of it. The Windsor Wildcats and The Leamington Flyers are also clients of Adrenaline who have such a fire in them to work hard, push their limits and improve their skills on the ice. Working with teams is very rewarding, when a player tells me they are skating faster and stronger, and shooting the puck like never before. It makes me wish I could work with every athlete out there and help them reach their ultimate athletic potential.

What I think is really amazing about Adrenaline is that every workout we do is completely different from the next. This not only keeps it fresh and exciting for our long term members but the results each member has speaks for itself.
You know something I hear almost every week is that people are astounded by all the different types of members that come out. We have both men and women of all ages, fitness levels and ethnicity.

I eat, breath and dream fitness and am so blessed to be a part of it!!

Ashley Routliffe

From a young age, I have always had a passion for being active and working out. In high school, I wrestled competitively and also participated in other intramural sports. Upon completion of my high school education, I decided to attend the University of Guelph and continue wrestling at a varsity level. It was a wonderful experience but after two years of cutting weight and constantly having high`s and low`s with yo-yoing, I became insecure about my body and no longer had fun wrestling. I made a decision to quit wrestling and transfer back to my hometown, Windsor where I now am attending the U for my Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

After closing the `wrestling` chapter of my life I thought that I would immediately fall into something to replace it; I tried swimming, running, weights, yoga, biking yet nothing gave me that feeling of satisfaction or intensity I was used to. Almost a year had gone by trying these different types of exercises, when one day a friend told me about this Adrenaline class. Desperate to try anything, I went and immediately fell in love with the class.
I have now been with the class for over a year and cannot tell you how grateful I am to have Adrenaline in my life; it really has changed me for the better. Coming to class you make great friends, build new relationships and are always being challenged by the creator herself, Danielle Chevalier. I have seen so many astonishing results and how positively it can benefit your life mentally, physically and emotionally. Thus I am thrilled and excited to begin my journey and now become a teacher for some of Danielle`s classes. I hope that I can give you all the same experience that I have had with Adrenaline.

Whether you are training for a sport, to stay in shape, to get in shape, to lose those extra pounds, to prevent injury or whatever it may be, I am here to help you get there along with Danielle`s expertise. I have been down the path where exercise doesn’t seem to make changes in your body, but finally I have found something, Adrenaline, that produces results. I want to share this with everyone. Adrenaline can give you confidence, stamina, a change in attitude etc. Danielle has been more than a fitness teacher but also a friend and mentor. I hope I can follow in her footsteps. Let me change your life, as Adrenaline has done for me. Be a part of something great, Adrenaline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
